This might have been one of my favorite of all the newsletters. I landed in Milan February 2020 just as the world started to shut down. And yet, Diego and I had the most marvelous time with people working heroically and bringing life to areas previously distressed. Come along and meet the new guard in Carema, a very difficult ex-mountaineer in Donnas, remarkable people in Alto Piemonte and in Valtellina. I must go back soon.
