This week’s wines! And do you see those little images at the bottom of the wine recommendations? The code should be self explanatory. But here you go!
Dripping bottle = GlouGlou
Heart = Heart Throb
Bed = Age-Worthy
Martini Glass = Classic
So2 = None!
Thumbs up = Cool Stuff
Glasses = Geek
Punch = Hard Core
How do they work? The Geek with No Sulfur with Hardcore is wine bordering on some flaws that most conventional drinkers couldn’t manage. When it has a heart? It means it has all of those things but it gorgeous. The Classic or Classic and a Heart? Means it’s a wine almost anyone could love if they appreciate wine. Mix and match the symbols and have fun! —Alice

Every year, Martin Texier who makes wine on the unspoiled soils of Saint-Julien-Saint-Alban, the border of the north and south of the Rhône, is pleased with the 2022s and he should be. Made entirely in stainless, this is a fabulous white wine for those looking for a wet wooliness where the fruit lies underneath. There’s a lovely precision here, with all of the freshness of spring. Imported by Selection Massale.
